YouTube is one of the best solutions for create a television broadcast. The famous video sharing platform allows, in fact, to create your own channel as if it were a Web TV, with the possibility of both uploading recorded video content and broadcasting live.
To make a TV broadcast with YouTube, connect to the main page of the platform and press the button Log in present at the top right. On the next screen, click on theGoogle account you want to use to access YouTube, enter the Password, pig sul sul bottone NEXT And that's it. If you don't have a Google account yet, you can read my guide on how to create one.
Once logged in, to create your channel, click on yours photo located at the top right (or on the circle with the silhouette of a little man if you haven't customized your account), select the option My channel, verify that the data in the fields Your name e Last name are correct and presses the button Create channel. If, on the other hand, you want to call your channel with a name other than yours, click on the option Use a company name or another type, enter the channel name in the field Nome dell'account of the brand e pulsing sul pulsating Crea.
You are now ready to upload your TV broadcasts to your channel! He then clicks on the icon of the camera present at the top right and select one of the options available from Upload video, to upload a recorded broadcast to your channel, e Trasmetti dal alive, to propose a live television broadcast.
In the first case, click on the entry Select i file da caricare, choose the movie you want to upload to YouTube from your computer and the upload will start automatically. Enter them, therefore, Title, Description e Tag by typing them in the appropriate text fields, upload a customized thumbnail to be associated with the transmission and set its visibility between Public, Private, Non in cast e Scheduled. If, on the other hand, you want to broadcast live, you must first activate the appropriate YouTube function. Then click on yours photo at the top right, select the option Creator Studio and presses on the voice Live streaming present in the left sidebar. In the new page that opens, click the button Start and follow the activation procedure, which consists of verifying the account by phone call or SMS.
After activating the live broadcast function, click on the icon of camera at the top and select the option Trasmetti dal alive in the menu that appears. By downloading the application of YouTube, available for Android and iOS devices, you can also broadcast your TV show using your smartphone or tablet. After downloading the app on your device, start it and press the icon of three vertical dots present at the top right, then press on the item Log in and tap yours Google account to log into your channel.
Now, press the icon of camera present at the top, tap on the option Trasmetti dal alive and enter the name of the broadcast in the field Create a title. Then continue with the customization of your television program by entering a description and a preview image, then press the red button Trasmetti dal alive to start the live broadcast.
During the transmission, you can press the icon of Magic wand to apply effects and filters to the live, while pressing the icon of two arrows you can reverse selfie style shooting. To end the live, tap on the icon of X present at the top right and presses the button end.
Well yes, even with Facebook it is possible to create a television broadcast for free. In fact, the famous social network allows you to upload videos and broadcast live, both from your profile and from a page.
The solution that I recommend you to use is precisely to create a Facebook page dedicated to your television broadcast, on which to upload any type of content. To do this, log on to Facebook and log in to your account, then click on the icon freccia rivolta verse il basso present at the top right and presses on the option Create a page in the menu that appears.

Once you have created your page and completed its customization, you are ready to broadcast live: in the main screen of the page, click on the item Live video and then manage the broadcast settings by choosing the video and audio channels. Then enter the details in the fields Title, Tag e pulsing sul pulsating Broadcast live to start the transmission.
During the live broadcast, you can interact with the audience by writing a comment in the field write a comment. To end the broadcast, click on the red button instead End live video and on the button Ends, dopodiché pigia sul pulsnte end to close the window or click on the items Delete video e Confirmation if you don't want to save the broadcast. If saved, all your TV broadcasts will be listed in the section Video of your page.
As you well know, Facebook is also available as an application for Android, iOS and Windows 10 Mobile devices and allows you to broadcast live using your smartphone or tablet. To do this, launch the Facebook and access your page: (by pressing the ≡ button and then tapping on the page name), then press on the item Public, select the option Live video e fai tap sul pulsating Start a video in diretta to broadcast your TV broadcast live.
During the live broadcast, tap on the icon Magic wand to apply effects, stickers and filters, while pressing the icon of the camera you can view viewers and activate the feature Guest requests which allows your viewers to join the live stream as guests.

IBM Cloud Video
Among the solutions to create a television broadcast there is IBM Cloud Video, I continue of Ustream. It is an online service that allows you to create your own web TV and broadcast live video.
To use IBM Cloud Video, go to the service website and click the button Try it for free. In the new open page, press the button Start free trial to activate the 30-day free trial after which you can choose to subscribe to a subscription plan or continue with a free account.
Then enter your data in the fields First name, Last name, Email, Password, phone number e Company name, put the check mark next to the item I'm not a robot and click sul pulsating Sign up. Within a few moments you will receive an email containing an activation link: press the button Start my free trial to activate your account and complete the registration.
Now, click on the entry Check out the video manager, enter the name of your TV channel in the field Channel name and presses the button Take me to the video manager to access your channel settings. Through the options visible in the left sidebar, you can set the description and category of the channel, upload a logo of your broadcast and much more.
To broadcast live, press the button instead Go Live present at the top right and put the check mark next to the item Allow to allow the service to access your microphone and webcam, then click the button Start transmission to broadcast live and on the button Start recording if you also want to record the broadcast. Using the cursors under the items Quality e Volume, you can set the quality and audio of the transmission, while pressing on one of the items between low, With e High you can set its resolution.
To conclude the live broadcast and the recording, press the buttons Stop transmission e Stop recording, then enter the title of the broadcast in the field Title and click your bottone Save. You can view the list of TV broadcasts made by pressing on the item Dashboard (above) and clicking on the options Channel e Videos.
If you want to use your smartphone or tablet to make your live broadcast, you can download the application Ustream (Android / iOS). After installing it on your device, start it and tap the button ≡, then presses on the voice Login, enter your login details in the fields Email or username e Password e fai tap sul pulsating Login to connect to your channel.
Now, click on the icon camera at the top right and allow Ustream to access the microphone and camera of your device, then presses on red button to broadcast live and that's it. During the broadcast, you can tap on the icon of camera to turn the shot and the icon lightning to activate the flash, while to stop the direct presses on the icon red circle and choose whether to save the recording by pressing the button Save.
As mentioned above, once the free trial is over, you can choose whether to continue with a free account (with advertising inserts) or subscribe to a subscription plan, choosing between Silver ($ 99 / month), Gold ($ 499 / month) e Platinium ($ 999 / mese).
Live Stream
Live Stream is a professional tool that allows you to create a real Web TV and broadcast live or deferred television programs. You can try the service for 30 days, after which you need to take out a monthly subscription.
To create a TV broadcast with Livestream, connect to the service's website and click the button Get Started - For Free, then scroll down the page and press the green button Start free trial. Then enter your personal data in the fields Email address (required), First name, Last name, Password, phone number, Company and click sul pulsating Start your trial.
Now, press the button Continue and click on the icon X to access the dashboards of your Livestream channel. From here you can create your first television broadcast: then press on date displayed on the left to change the name of the broadcast, inserting the one you like in the field Event title, then enter the start date (Starts), end date (End) and set a category by choosing it from the drop-down menu under the item Category.
If you wish, enter a description of the broadcast in the field Event Description and add a preview image by clicking on the icon camera present under the heading Event poster. Once you have completed customizing your broadcast, click the button Update settings to save the changes. If you want to make the event public, click the button Publish at the top right and, in the new window displayed, press the button again Publish.
After creating the broadcast, you need to download Producer, the free software available for Windows and macOS and which allows you to broadcast live online. He then clicks on the icon of the pencil at the top right, click on the option Live tools and click on the button Download relative to Producer.
Once the download is complete, you have a PC Windows, double-click the file LivestreamProducer.exe and, in the new open window, put the check mark next to the item I have read and accepted the license conditions. Then press the button Install, wait a few seconds and click the button end to close the window. Now, press the button Next twice in a row, click the button install and wait for the installation to complete.
If, on the other hand, you have a Mac, double-click the file LivestreamProducer.pkg, pigia sul pulsating Continue twice consecutively and click on the buttons Accept e Install. Then enter the Password of your user account on macOS and click the button Install software to start the installation.
When first launching Producer, enter your login information in the fields Email address (required) e Password e pulsing sul pulsating Login to link Producer to your Livestream account. Now, using the drop-down menu at the top, select the television broadcast created just now, while using the drop-down menu at the bottom, set the video quality by choosing from the options Mobile quality, Normal quality, Custom quality, High + Medium + Mobile etc.
Adesso, click on the button Go Live to start broadcasting live and manage the broadcast via the toolbar displayed below: click on the option mixer to manage the audio channels, while pressing on the items Camera, Screen, 2D Mix e 3D Mix you can choose what to broadcast between webcam video (or a connected device), desktop or both. Press on the button Stop to stop live broadcast.
You should know that you can also broadcast your program live via your smartphone and tablet by downloading the application Live Stream available for Android and iOS. After downloading and installing it on your device, start it and tap on the item Continue with email, then enter your login details in the fields Email e Password e pulsing sul pulsating Continue per due turn consecutive.
Now, tap on the icon camera at the top right, allow Livestream to access the camera and microphone of the device, then enter the name of the broadcast in the field Event title or press the icon of freccia rivolta verse il basso to select a previously created broadcast, then tap the button Go Live And that's it.
While broadcasting, you can do one swipe to the right to apply filters and video effects, while pressing the icon of three dots at the top you can turn on the flash, lock the screen and turn off the microphone. To end the live broadcast, tap the red square e pulsing sul pulsating Yes, then choose whether to publish the broadcast by pressing the button Post or whether to delete it by pressing on the items Cancel e Delete.

Twitch.tv
Twitch.tv is Amazon's video streaming platform, considered the continuation of Justin.tv. It is the ideal solution for those who want to create a television broadcast dedicated to video games, with the possibility of broadcasting live or offering content on demand.
To create your channel on Twitch, connect to the service's website and click the button SUBSCRIBE present at the top right. Then press on the button Connect with Facebook to connect Twitch to your social account, otherwise proceed with the classic registration via email: enter, therefore, your data in the fields Username, Password, Birthday ed Email, put the check mark next to the item I'm not a robot and click sul pulsating SUBSCRIBE.
Once you have created your account and your channel, to broadcast live you need software like Open broadcast software. After you download it, if you use a PC Windows, double-click the file OBS-Studio- [versione] -Installer.exe, then presses the buttons Next e I Agree, tap on the item install and wait for the installation to complete. Then press on the button Finish to close the window and start the program.
If you use a Mac, double-click the file obs-mac- [versione] -installer.pkgpigia sui pulsanti Continue e Install, then enter the Password of your user account on macOS and presses the button Install software to complete the installation.
Now, connected to your Twitch account, click on yours nickname at the top right and presses on the voice Dashboard. Then click on the option Settings present in the sidebar on the left, presses on the item Streaming code, click the buttons Show code e Understand and copy the displayed code.
To complete the configuration, start Open Broadcast Software, presses on the item Settings present at the bottom right, click on the option Transmission and, in the drop-down menu next to the item Service, select the option Twitch. Then enter the code you copied earlier in the field Stream key e pulsing sul pulsating OK to close the settings and finish the configuration.

To broadcast live, press on the voice Press in the bottom menu and tap on the icon camera present next to the option Post an update, then press the buttons Enable camera e Enable microphone and presses the button Start streaming to broadcast live.
