Now, if you are over 14 or under 14 and your parent or legal guardian has already approved your Steam registration request, log into your inbox, locate the email sent by Steam and click on the button Create my account contained within it, in order to verify your email address.
Once this is done, go back to the registration page of the Steam site, enter the name to be associated with your account in the field Steam account name and check availability. If you see the entry Not available, it means that the chosen name has already been registered by another user: enter, therefore, a new name or select one of those visible in the box Names available for the account.
Finally, create a password (consisting of at least 8 characters, of which at least one number, one letter and one special character) to be used to access your Steam account, by entering it in the fields Password e Confirm password, and click the button Complete registration, to create your account.
If you have already downloaded the Steam client to your computer but have not yet created an account to be able to access the platform, you can create one directly from the software in question.
To do this, start the official Steam client, locate the entry Don't have a Steam account? and click on the button Create a new account. That said, to register on Steam from smartphones and tablets, you can use the browser installed on your device (eg. Finally, enter the username you intend to use on Steam in the field Steam account name, create a Password to associate with your account and press the button Complete registration, to terminate your registration and log into Steam.
How to create a second Steam account
Be your intention è create a second Steam account, you should know that you can have more than one account and access them from the same device without violating the terms of service. Keep in mind, however, that Steam does not allow you to merge multiple accounts: if you have purchased a game with your main account, you will not be able to become the owner with a second account and vice versa.
That said, to create a new Steam account, all you have to do is follow the directions I gave you in the previous paragraphs, making sure you have logged out of your main account first. To do this, either via browser or from the official Steam client, click on yours usernameat the top right, and select the option Logout/Log out of your account from the menu that opens.
